Central Garden & Pet acquires Champion USA
Central Garden & Pet has acquired the U.S. assets of Champion USA, a livestock health company specializing in cattle fly control with its JustiFLY product line. This acquisition expands Central Garden & Pet's presence in the animal health sector, strengthening its position in the growing segment of livestock fly control solutions. Champion USA's employees will join Central's Professional business unit, with the transaction officially closing on December 12, 2025.
