Medline Inc. announced the pricing of a secondary offering of 75,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock at $41.00 per share. These shares are being sold by certain existing stockholders, and Medline will not receive any proceeds from the sale. The offering is expected to close on March 10, 2026.
