PowerBank Announces Hybrid BESS and Solar Project in Genesee New York
PowerBank Corporation (NASDAQ: SUUN) said it executed a lease agreement for the Salt Rising Road hybrid project in Allegany County, New York. The company expects up to 5 MW AC solar and 20 MWh battery storage, and eligibility for NYSERDA NY-Sun and Retail Storage incentives, plus compensation under New York’s VDER mechanism. It is starting interconnection screening and will seek permits and financing after approval.
