AGNC Investment Corp. Elects Christine Hurtsellers to its Board of Directors
AGNC Investment Corp. (Nasdaq: AGNC) has announced the election of Christine Hurtsellers to its Board of Directors, effective December 9, 2025. Ms. Hurtsellers, a former CEO and chief investment officer with extensive experience in financial services and risk management, will serve as an independent director on the Company’s Audit Committee. This appointment expands AGNC's Board to nine members, including seven independent directors, and is expected to strengthen the Board's expertise in financial services.
