Eaton Vance Senior Income Trust (EVF) has announced an issuer tender offer to purchase up to 100% of its outstanding Auction Preferred Shares, Series A and B. The offer is for $24,500 per share, which represents 98% of the $25,000 liquidation preference, plus accrued dividends through May 29, 2026. As of March 31, 2026, there were 1,504 preferred shares outstanding.
