AC Immune Announces Upcoming Industry Symposium on Parkinson’s Disease and Presentation at AD/PD™ 2026

AC Immune (ACIU) reported positive interim Phase 1 data for ACI-19764, an oral NLRP3 inhibitor. The therapy was safe, well-tolerated, and showed dose-dependent inhibition of IL-1beta. Initial results from a cardiovascular risk cohort are expected by year-end. ACIU stock is down 4.07% to $2.47.

AC Immune SA (ACIU) shares rose 3.9% premarket after reporting positive Phase 1 trial data for ACI-19764, an NLRP3 inhibitor. The drug was safe, well-tolerated, and showed brain penetration. Phase 1b results are expected by year-end, with full results in 2027. ACI-19764 targets chronic inflammation in various diseases.

AC Immune (ACIU) shares rose 3.4% pre-open after the FDA granted Fast Track status to its ACI-7104 anti-alpha-synuclein therapy and cleared its IND. The move allows Phase 2 VacSYn trial enrollment to expand to U.S. sites. Interim 76-week Part 1 data showed a favorable safety profile. The stock was near $2.37.

AC Immune SA (ACIU) said the FDA granted Fast Track designation to its ACI-7104 anti-alpha-synuclein immunotherapy for early Parkinson’s. The drug is in the VacSYn Phase 2 trial; Part 1 interim data at 76 weeks reported safety and a 100% immunogenicity responder rate. Next steps include U.S. site expansion after IND clearance and week-100 results in H2 2026.

AC Immune SA (NASDAQ: ACIU) reported interim 12-month Phase 1b/2 ABATE trial data for ACI-24 in 74 prodromal Alzheimer’s patients across AD1–AD3 cohorts. Company said ACI-24 was generally safe and well tolerated with no ARIA-E and anti–Abeta antibodies detected at all dose levels with a dose response. AD4 is ongoing with an added adjuvant; Takeda has an option/license agreement.

AC Immune SA (NASDAQ: ACIU) said it will receive a $4 million research grant from The Vijay and Marie Goradia Charitable Foundation to extend Part 1 of its Phase 2 VacSYn trial of ACI-7104 in early Parkinson’s disease by 2 years to assess long-term safety and efficacy. Final Part 1 results (to week 104) are expected in H2 2026.
