DeFi Development Corp. to Host X Spaces Event: “DFDV March 2026 Recap & AMA + FY 2025 Earnings Breakdown”

Cantor Fitzgerald raised its price target for DeFi Development (NASDAQ:DFDV) to $7.00 from $6.00 and kept an “overweight” rating, according to a Wednesday research note cited by Benzinga. Realty Income (NYSE: O) says it began investing in data centers in late 2023 via a build-to-suit JV with Digital Realty, buying an 80% stake in an up to 48 MW facility. It also received awards for high voltage inverters and integrated drive modules for hybrid and EV platforms, which it said add to backlog.
