Wetour Robotics (NASDAQ: WETO) outlined Orchestra, a portable AI hub and operating system for wearable robotics. The platform centralizes edge AI processing on an NVIDIA Jetson unit to deliver real-time vision, gesture recognition from EMG wrist signals, and multi-device coordination. Wetour plans an open architecture for third-party hardware while keeping Vision-Link and Conductor proprietary. WETO shares fell 13.72% to about $0.10.

Chaince Securities LLC, a FINRA-registered broker-dealer and subsidiary of Chaince Digital Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: CD), was appointed exclusive sales agent for Wetour Robotics Limited’s (NASDAQ: WETO) $50.0 million at-the-market equity offering program. Sales would be made on Nasdaq at prevailing market prices under a Rule 415 program, with proceeds for general corporate purposes and working capital.

Wetour Robotics Limited (NASDAQ: WETO) said Nasdaq notified it on June 23, 2026 that it regained compliance with the Nasdaq minimum $1.00 bid price requirement. The company had received a deficiency notice on Dec. 30, 2025 and regained compliance within the original 180-day period, without a one-for-ten share consolidation.

Webus International Limited (NASDAQ:WETO) reported a sharp drop in short interest: 3,347 shares as of May 15, down 87.2% from 26,122 shares on April 30. The short-interest ratio was 0.1 days. The stock fell 2.9% to $1.01 midday. WETO also announced a 1-for-10 reverse split effective June 2.

Strategy, led by Michael Saylor, bought Bitcoin again as its price rose above $85,000, and repurchased $174 million of its preferred shares.
