Aterian, Inc. (NASDAQ: ATER) adjourned its special stockholder meeting from July 10 to July 17, 2026. The vote concerns an asset sale of substantially all brand portfolios to Trademark Global, LLC and a related investment transaction. Aterian says the $18 million sale could return $0.85 to $1.14 per share, plus a $7 million investment.
