Fidelity National Financial posts higher net earnings but revenue miss in Q3 2026

Fidelity National Financial reported net earnings of $633 million ($2.37 per share) for the third quarter of 2026, up from $358 million ($1.33) a year earlier. Adjusted net earnings fell to $352 million ($1.32 per share) versus $439 million ($1.63) in Q3 2025. Title segment revenue rose to $2.4 billion, but total revenue of $3.58 billion missed analysts’ consensus estimate of $3.78 billion. The company returned about $143 million to shareholders through dividends and share repurchases.

The company says the strong cash flow and capital return give it flexibility to invest and weather market cycles. However, the revenue shortfall versus expectations could pressure the stock and prompt analysts to reassess forecasts.
