Stryker announces CEO succession with Spencer Stiles taking the helm in 2027

Stryker said Kevin Lobo will move from chief executive to Executive Chair of the board on Jan. 1, 2027. President and COO Spencer Stiles will become CEO and join the board at that time. Lobo’s 14‑year tenure saw annual revenue grow from $8.7 billion in 2012 to over $26 billion in 2026 and the company complete more than 60 acquisitions.
