Berkshire Hathaway shifts 32% of its $364 billion portfolio into AI‑linked Apple, Alphabet and Bending Spoons

Greg Abel, the new chief executive of Berkshire Hathaway, has reallocated roughly one‑third of the conglomerate’s $364 billion equity portfolio into three artificial‑intelligence‑focused stocks: Apple, Alphabet and Bending Spoons. The three holdings together represent about 32% of the portfolio, or $115.7 billion. Apple alone makes up about 21.5% of the book, while Alphabet accounts for roughly 9.9% and Bending Spoons about 0.4%.

The company says the shift makes Berkshire’s holdings far more sensitive to the performance of a few large‑cap technology names, increasing exposure to AI‑driven growth and related regulatory risks. Investors will see the portfolio’s risk profile tilt toward the fortunes of Apple and Alphabet, which now drive a larger share of Berkshire’s equity returns.
