Medtronic wins European approval for five-device Vitalis pacemaker line

Medtronic received CE Mark approval for its Vitalis pacemaker family, which uses conduction system pacing. The five-device group includes ReSyncra CSP, Restoria CSP, Refina CSP, Effectra and Confirma, with ReSyncra CSP aimed at patients who may need resynchronization after conventional treatment has been ineffective.

The CE Mark gives Medtronic a European regulatory clearance for the Vitalis devices. The products also offer remote and in-office monitoring, expanding the available pacing options for eligible patients and clinicians.
