Revolution Medicines reports overall‑survival advantage of daraxonrasib across pancreatic cancer sub‑groups

Revolution Medicines presented late‑breaking subgroup results from its Phase 3 RASolute 302 trial at the ESMO Congress. The drug daraxonrasib (RASONQUE) extended median overall survival to 13.2 months versus 6.7 months with standard chemotherapy, with a hazard ratio of 0.40. Benefit was observed in all examined RAS genotype groups, including patients without a detectable tumor RAS mutation.

The company says the data support broader use of daraxonrasib in metastatic pancreatic cancer and should drive additional commercial uptake. The U.S. approval and a positive EU regulatory opinion position the product for near‑term revenue growth.

  • 1Median overall survival was 13.2 months with daraxonrasib and 6.7 months with chemotherapy, hazard ratio 0.40.
  • 2The trial enrolled 248 patients on daraxonrasib and 252 patients on investigator‑selected chemotherapy.
  • 3Analyses were based on data cut off on 10 February 2026, with a median follow‑up of 8.5 months.
  • 4Hazard ratios by RAS genotype were: G12D 0.49, G12V 0.32, G12R 0.61, Q61 0.37, and no identified mutation 0.43.
  • 5Daraxonrasib received U.S. FDA approval in August 2026 for previously treated metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma.
  • 6The European Medicines Agency’s Committee issued a positive opinion, with regulatory reviews ongoing elsewhere.
