Rollins reports slower profit growth as residential customer acquisition remains pressured

Rollins reported third-quarter 2026 results on October 21, with revenue of $1.1 billion, up 6.2% year over year, including organic growth of 4.4%. Operating income declined 1.0% to $223 million, net income fell 3.4% to $158 million, and quarterly EPS decreased 2.9% to $0.33. Management said residential customer acquisition remained under pressure and is shifting marketing resources toward higher-return channels, including AI- and LLM-driven discovery.

Revenue continued to grow, but lower operating income, net income and margins show pressure on profitability. Rollins said its response will include changes to customer-acquisition spending and continued share repurchases.
