Phillips 66 appoints Chris Chandler to lead refining in 2027

Phillips 66 said Rich Harbison will leave his refining leadership post at the close of 2026. Chris Chandler will first advise Chief Executive Mark Lashier, then take charge of the company’s refining business on January 1, 2027.

The change sets a planned handover for Phillips 66’s refining operation. Mark Lashier said Chandler’s operational and refining background should support the company’s strategic execution.
