Digital Realty closes CHF510 million of senior unsecured Swiss green bonds

Digital Realty, through its finance subsidiary Digital Constellation B.V., completed a Swiss bond offering of CHF510 million on October 6, 2026. The issue consists of CHF225 million of 1.6803% bonds due 2029, CHF185 million of 2.0600% bonds due 2032 and CHF100 million of 2.4150% bonds due 2036. The bonds are senior unsecured obligations fully guaranteed by the company and its subsidiaries and are being sold outside the United States under Regulation S. Proceeds will be allocated to projects that meet the company’s Green Bond Framework and may also be used for general corporate purposes.

The company says the net proceeds will finance or refinance green‑related projects and may temporarily repay revolving credit facilities, acquire assets or fund working capital, which could improve its balance‑sheet profile. Because the bonds are senior unsecured, they add to Digital Realty’s debt capacity but are backed by the firm’s guarantees.
