Flex reports Q2 2026 net sales of $8.49 billion, up about 25% YoY

Flex Ltd. announced second‑quarter 2026 net sales of $8.491 billion, a rise of roughly 25% from the same quarter a year earlier. Net income increased to $263 million, or $0.71 per diluted share, compared with $199 million a year ago. Operating income grew to $414 million and gross profit improved to $812 million. Cash balances rose to $3.083 billion while long‑term debt climbed to $5.213 billion.

The company says the sales and earnings jump reflects stronger demand and higher operating leverage, but investors must consider the higher interest expense and larger debt load that raise financing costs (Flex filing).
