Diebold Nixdorf receives approval for up to $250 million in buybacks

On Oct. 28, 2026, Diebold Nixdorf said its board had approved repurchases of up to $250 million of common stock. The company’s earlier $200 million authorization, announced on Nov. 5, 2025, is close to being fully used, and purchases may occur through open-market, block, accelerated or Rule 10b5-1 transactions.

The authorization gives Diebold Nixdorf additional capacity to return cash to shareholders, but it does not require the company to buy any shares. Purchase timing, pricing and volume will depend on market and economic conditions, and the program can be paused, extended or ended without advance notice.
