Bentley Systems beats Q3 expectations and raises recurring-revenue outlook

Bentley Systems reported its Q3 2026 results on November 5, with adjusted EPS of $0.36 and revenue of $421.5 million, up 12.2% year over year. The company raised its full-year constant-currency ARR growth outlook to 12.5%-13.5% from 10.5%-12.5%. Adjusted operating income margin improved to 32.1% from 28.1% a year earlier, while Bentley said its Eliis acquisition and Cohesive divestiture would affect the outlook.

The higher ARR outlook improves Bentley's expected recurring-revenue trajectory, while the margin expansion indicates greater operating leverage. The Cohesive transaction will reduce fourth-quarter revenue by approximately $12 million, according to the company, partly offsetting the outlook improvement.
