TeraWulf doubles Muskie campus contracted power capacity to 1 GW

TeraWulf amended its electric-service agreement with Kentucky Power to raise contracted capacity at its Muskie Data Campus in eastern Kentucky from 500 MW to 1 GW. The agreement moves the planned arrival of the second 500 MW block forward by a year, to 2029, while the initial block is still expected to start ramping in 2028. The change requires Kentucky Public Service Commission approval and depends on Kentucky Power's construction timetable.

The added contracted power increases the scale available for TeraWulf's planned AI and high-performance-computing campus. TeraWulf Chief Executive Officer Paul Prager said the earlier second phase provides more flexibility for prospective customer deployments.
