Enova to raise $600 million via private senior note offering due 2031

Enova International announced a private placement of senior unsecured notes that will total $600 million and mature in 2031. The net proceeds are intended to retire all of the company’s 11.25 % notes that mature in 2028 on December 15, 2026, cover the costs of the offering and, if any funds remain, reduce the balance of its revolving credit facility. The notes will be sold only to qualified institutional buyers under Rule 144A and to certain non‑U.S. investors under Regulation S. The transaction is subject to customary market conditions.

The redemption of the higher‑coupon 2028 notes will lower Enova’s interest expense and improve its debt profile. Reducing the revolving credit facility balance also frees borrowing capacity for future operations.
