Defense contractors report fighter, missile and counter-drone awards

Boeing was selected for the Navy's F/A-XX fighter development effort and received an additional F-15EX order. Raytheon, part of RTX, received an AMRAAM manufacturing award with a ceiling of $20.7 billion, while L3Harris received a THAAD propulsion-production contract from Lockheed Martin. Ondas introduced its Dronebuster REACH counter-drone system, with its first unit contracted for the U.S. Office of Naval Research.
