Oceaneering posts Q3 revenue growth, EPS miss and 2027 EBITDA guidance

Oceaneering reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $784.6M, up 6% year-on-year, while adjusted EPS was 50 cents and adjusted EBITDA was $119.4M. Net income fell 26% to $52.6M, partly reflecting a debt-refinancing loss. The company forecast fourth-quarter EBITDA of $85M to $95M and initiated 2027 consolidated EBITDA guidance of $430M to $480M.

The adjusted EPS shortfall and lower fourth-quarter EBITDA outlook create a weaker near-term earnings setup despite revenue and adjusted EBITDA growth in the quarter. Oceaneering expects fourth-quarter free cash flow to moderate and plans to continue share repurchases.
