Liquidity Services completes $80 million acquisition of Invaluable marketplace

Liquidity Services announced that it has closed the purchase of Auction Holdings, the operator of Invaluable, AuctionZip and RFC Auction Systems, for a cash price of $80 million. The deal was finalized on October 1 2026 and was funded with cash on hand.
