Evernorth to list on Nasdaq with 473 million XRP treasury

Evernorth will begin trading on Nasdaq under the ticker XRPN on October 8, 2026. The company holds 473 million XRP, the largest legally held pool among public firms, and plans to deploy the tokens in DeFi and arbitrage to increase the net XRP backing each share. The listing follows a shareholder‑approved merger with SPAC Armada II that brought more than $1 billion of investment and includes anchor investors Ripple, SBI Group, Pantera Capital and Kraken.

The company says moving XRP into its treasury could shrink circulating supply and, if current demand holds, push XRP toward $2, offering investors a regulated way to gain exposure to the token. Analysts note that the Nasdaq debut may also increase XRP’s correlation with U.S. equities, adding volatility to the price move.
