Sportradar agrees to sell Atrium Sports to Teamworks for US $170 million

Sportradar Group AG agreed to divest Atrium Sports, Synergy Sports' coaching and scouting operation, to Teamworks Innovations, Inc. for US $170 million in cash. The parties target completion in the fourth quarter of 2026 after customary conditions are met. Sportradar will keep selected technology and related revenue streams used in its betting, gaming and media activities.

Sportradar says the sale narrows its operations around betting, gaming and media, while the cash proceeds are intended to reinforce its balance sheet and fund capital-allocation priorities. The company says the price represents a double-digit EBITDA multiple compared with its market valuation.
