HPE expands partnership with Nvidia to launch secure AI infrastructure and services

Hewlett Packard Enterprise announced an expanded collaboration with Nvidia that adds new capabilities to its Private Cloud AI platform, including a server powered by Nvidia Vera CPUs and enhanced security features. The rollout of these capabilities will start in July 2026 with additional features planned for the fourth quarter of 2026. Schneider Electric will adopt the joint solution for industrial AI applications, and HPE also introduced a high‑density liquid‑cooled rack for CPU‑intensive AI workloads.

The announcement coincided with a rise in HPE’s share price, which climbed 2.8% to $59.50 before settling around $57.50 and later traded near $57.78, reflecting investor optimism about the expanded AI offering. The new hardware and services give HPE a differentiated proposition for regulated and sovereign customers that cannot use public‑cloud AI, potentially expanding its addressable market.
