Quanome’s XDT subsidiary lands $100M, 60‑month AI inference contract

Quanome Technologies announced that its wholly owned XDT Infrastructure I, LLC signed a Master Services Agreement and an initial purchase order with an enterprise client to deliver dedicated AI inference capacity. The agreement is valued at more than $100 million and runs for 60 months, with services expected to begin in about two months. Quanome also entered a purchase agreement for 32 GPU server units costing roughly $18.8 million. The news sent QNME shares down 12.7% in after‑hours trading.

The contract provides Quanome with its first recurring revenue stream from managed AI services, which could improve cash flow and support future growth. However, the share price fell as investors weighed the deal against the company’s weak financial position and ongoing cash burn, noted by analysts.
