Cheniere beats third-quarter estimates and raises 2026 guidance

Cheniere Energy reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $6.17 billion, net income of $1.17 billion and adjusted EBITDA of $1.9 billion. LNG exports reached 188 cargoes, up 15% year over year, while the company raised its 2026 adjusted EBITDA guidance to $8.75 billion-$9.25 billion and distributable cash flow guidance to $6.05 billion-$6.55 billion. Cheniere also raised its quarterly dividend to $0.625 per share and highlighted long-term LNG agreements with QatarEnergy and Petrobras.
