Palisade Bio reports early PALI-2108 activity in ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease

Palisade Bio reported five poster presentations on PALI-2108 at the ACG 2026 meeting in Nashville. In a seven-day ulcerative-colitis study, all five participants responded clinically and two achieved remission, while a separate 14-day Crohn’s disease study showed a 47.5% mean decline in an endoscopic disease score. Two presentations received ACG Presidential Poster Awards, and the drug remains investigational.

The findings support Palisade Bio’s ongoing Phase 2 development of PALI-2108. The company noted that the studies were small, brief, open-label and without placebo controls, so larger studies are needed to confirm the results.
