Elemental Royalty completes $188 million acquisition of four royalty assets and expands credit facility to $250 million

Elemental Royalty Corporation closed the purchase of four royalty and streaming assets from Orion Mine Finance, paying US$188 million in cash and issuing 3,942,881 common shares. The assets acquired are the Ruby Hill Complex, Granite Creek silver stream, Kouroussa gold stream, Homestake District royalty and La Negra royalty. In the same transaction the company amended its revolving credit facility, raising the committed amount to US$250 million with a US$50 million accordion feature. A fifth asset, the Snowy River gold stream, is slated to close in the first quarter of 2027 pending regulatory approval in New Zealand.

The acquisition adds significant production potential to Elemental’s portfolio, which could increase future royalty cash flows (Elemental’s press release says the assets expand its growth potential). The larger credit facility gives the company greater financial flexibility to fund further royalty and streaming investments (the facility amendment statement notes increased flexibility).
