Strive Expands Bitcoin Treasury With Biggest Addition Since January

Strive disclosed in a Tuesday SEC filing that it bought 3,311 Bitcoin for roughly $280 million between Oct. 5 and Oct. 9, at an average of about $84,500 per coin including fees and expenses. The purchase lifted its holdings to 32,773 BTC and was its largest single increase since January. Strive also reported $208 million in exercised warrants and adopted a $100 minimum issuance price for its SATA preferred shares.

The transaction increases Strive’s direct exposure to Bitcoin and reinforces its position among the largest publicly traded corporate holders. The disclosed warrant exercises provide a funding source associated with the purchase, while the SATA price floor limits issuance below $100.
