ConocoPhillips reports Q3 2026 earnings beat, raises dividend and highlights strong cash flow

ConocoPhillips posted third‑quarter 2026 results that topped analysts' expectations. Adjusted earnings were $3.27 per share and net income reached $4.0 billion, while revenue climbed to about $20 billion. The company lifted its quarterly dividend 11% to $0.93 per share and returned $3.4 billion to shareholders, including $2.4 billion of share repurchases. Production fell to 2.302 million barrels of oil equivalent per day, but cash from operations was $7.2 billion, generating roughly $4 billion of free cash flow.

The dividend increase and $3.4 billion of shareholder returns, as noted by the company, enhance income for investors. The $4 billion free cash flow and $7.2 billion cash from operations support the firm’s target of $7 billion free cash flow by 2029, according to the CFO.
