TeraWulf expands senior secured revolving credit facility to about $400 million

TeraWulf Inc. amended its revolving credit agreement on Oct. 23, 2026, raising the senior secured facility from $250 million to $400 million. The amendment adds a $150 million uncommitted accordion feature and eliminates a $150 million letter‑of‑credit sublimit. An optional increase could lift the total commitment to $550 million, providing additional financing for its data‑center expansion.

The larger facility gives TeraWulf more liquidity to fund utility obligations and growth of its mining data centers, reducing reliance on letters of credit. The added capacity may improve the company’s ability to meet capital‑intensive expansion plans.
