Clean Harbors completes $470 million EnviroServe acquisition

Clean Harbors has closed its purchase of EnviroServe and related affiliates from One Rock Capital Partners for $470 million. EnviroServe operates in waste handling and site-cleanup work, with offerings that include rail support, industrial cleaning and emergency-response services. Clean Harbors said it will fold the business into its operations across North America.

The completed transaction adds EnviroServe's customer base and service network to Clean Harbors. Clean Harbors said it intends to use the combined companies' capabilities to broaden customer solutions.
