Axe Compute acquires full ownership of Georgia AI cluster and extends contract to five years

Axe Compute Inc. completed the purchase of the special purpose vehicle that holds the Georgia AI cluster from Duos Technologies Group on September 30, 2026. The transaction retired an $87.8 million asset‑backed loan and added a $42.9 million deferred purchase price payable in monthly installments. The customer agreement for the cluster was lengthened from three to five years, with Duos agreeing to cover facility and energy costs for the term.

The company says the deal will boost free cash flow and improve contract gross margin, giving investors clearer visibility into future earnings. The extended contract and fixed operating costs also reduce revenue volatility for Axe Compute.
