Everli to merge with SPAC Melar Acquisition Corp. I and list on Nasdaq as EVRL

Italian e‑grocery platform Everli has signed a merger agreement with Melar Acquisition Corp. I (NASDAQ: MACI). Upon closing, the combined company will be called Everli Global Holdings Inc. and will trade on Nasdaq under the ticker EVRL. Everli currently partners with all 13 of Italy’s largest grocers, over 95 retailers and more than 1,150 stores across 60+ provinces, operating without warehouses or delivery fleets.

The merger will convert MACI into an operating public company, giving MACI shareholders shares in Everli Global Holdings Inc. and exposing them to Everli’s asset‑light grocery model and its growth potential in Italy’s online grocery market.
