Eikon reports updated EIK1001 lung cancer trial results at ESMO

Eikon Therapeutics presented updated TeLuRide-005 results for EIK1001 combined with pembrolizumab and chemotherapy at the ESMO 2026 Congress on October 26, 2026. Across 65 efficacy-evaluable NSCLC patients, the combination produced a 63.1% ORR and 89.2% DCR; the squamous subgroup recorded a 72.4% ORR, 100% DCR and 12.9-month median response duration. Eikon is enrolling the Phase 2/3 TeLuRide-008 study and anticipates a dose-selection interim analysis in 2H 2027.

The results add clinical data supporting Eikon's continued development of EIK1001 in advanced NSCLC, while the next specified development milestone is the TeLuRide-008 interim analysis. The reported safety profile and ongoing enrollment change the timing of the next material readout for investors, but the materials do not establish comparative efficacy against standard treatment.
