Caesars Entertainment reports Q3 2026 results as Fertitta acquisition moves forward

Caesars Entertainment posted third‑quarter 2026 revenue of $2.94 billion, a net loss of $123 million and adjusted EBITDA of $865 million. The company holds $864 million in cash against total debt of $11.659 billion. Fertitta Entertainment’s pending acquisition, valued at $31.00 per share, is under regulatory review and will likely lead to delisting from Nasdaq.

The deal will take Caesars private, with shareholders receiving $31 per share and the acquirer assuming roughly $11.6 billion of debt, changing the capital structure for investors. The pending FTC review adds timing uncertainty to the transaction.
