Nokia to sell Enterprise Campus Edge business to AURELIUS

Nokia announced on October 13, 2026 that it signed an agreement for AURELIUS to acquire its Enterprise Campus Edge business. Completion is targeted for the first half of 2027, pending regulatory clearances and other required steps, with ECE staff expected to move to the buyer at closing. ECE serves nearly 900 customers and provides private wireless, industrial edge, devices and software for industrial AI applications.

The transaction would give ECE separate ownership and remove the unit from Nokia's portfolio once completed. Nokia says the divestiture will let it concentrate capital and resources on areas where it sees greater long-term value, while AURELIUS expects to expand ECE in private 5G, industrial edge and AI-enabled automation.
