CBRE to raise about $1 billion through senior note offering

CBRE Group announced a senior note offering of $1 billion, split into two series: $500 million due 2032 at 5.650% and $500 million due 2037 at 5.900%. The notes will be issued by its subsidiary CBRE Services and fully guaranteed by the company, with settlement expected on November 5, 2026. Net proceeds of roughly $980.2 million will be used for general corporate purposes, repayment of commercial paper, and to fund the acquisition of Onnec Group Limited.

The proceeds provide CBRE with financing to complete the Onnec acquisition and reduce short‑term debt, potentially improving its balance sheet and liquidity. The new senior debt adds $1 billion of long‑term financing to the company’s capital structure.
