Lilly reports retatrutide and Taltz-Zepbound data ahead of ACR Convergence

Eli Lilly will present new clinical data at the American College of Rheumatology Convergence 2026, held Nov. 6-11, on retatrutide in knee osteoarthritis with obesity and on Taltz plus Zepbound in psoriatic arthritis with obesity. In TRIUMPH-4, retatrutide cut WOMAC knee pain by up to 4.5 points, or 75.8%, from a 6.0 baseline, with more than 1 out of 8 treated patients reporting no knee pain at trial end. In the 52-week TOGETHER-PsA study, ACR50 achievement was 43.7% with the combination versus 15.7% with Taltz monotherapy.

The readouts provide clinical evidence for Lilly's investigational retatrutide and for combining its marketed Taltz and Zepbound in patients with obesity-related rheumatologic disease. Retatrutide remains investigational, so the event reports trial findings rather than a regulatory approval or a change in product status.
