Station Casinos obtains $500 million loan to refinance debt and cover fees

Station Casinos LLC, a subsidiary of Red Rock Resorts, closed on a $500 million incremental Term B loan on Oct. 21, 2026. The loan carries interest at Term SOFR plus 2.00% per annum and has the same maturity terms as the company's existing Term B facilities. Proceeds will be used to repay borrowings under the revolving credit facility, settle related fees and expenses, and fund general corporate purposes.
