Daily Journal Corp. acquires Revir Technologies to add AI‑driven digital evidence platform

Daily Journal Corporation announced the purchase of Revir Technologies, the Austin‑based maker of the Scout system that uses artificial intelligence to organize and search large volumes of digital evidence for law‑enforcement and public‑safety bodies. The acquisition was completed on October 13, 2026 and paid for with the company's existing cash reserves. Revir will remain a separate unit inside Daily Journal’s newly created Courts, Justice and Government Technology division, and the company says the deal will not materially affect its balance sheet or earnings.
