StubHub extends term loan maturities to 2033 and cuts borrowing costs

StubHub Holdings amended its credit agreement to push the maturity of its senior term loans to October 2033 and extend a portion of its revolving credit facility to October 2031. The USD Term Loan B was upsized to $975 million and the Euro Term Loan B reduced to €300 million, while the interest spread was lowered by 25 basis points. Moody’s upgraded the company’s corporate family rating to B2 from B3, and StubHub reported repaying $1.1 billion of debt over the prior twelve months.

The 25‑bp spread reduction lowers StubHub’s financing costs, improving cash‑flow flexibility. The Moody’s upgrade to B2 may make future borrowing cheaper and broaden the pool of potential lenders.
