Eikon Therapeutics presents early PARP1 and WRN inhibitor data at ESMO 2026

Eikon Therapeutics disclosed Phase 1/2 results for its PARP1 inhibitors EIK1003 and EIK1004 and the WRN helicase inhibitor EIK1005 at the 2026 European Society for Medical Oncology meeting. EIK1003 monotherapy showed a 14.3% objective response rate (ORR) and higher activity in PARP‑naïve patients, while combinations with abiraterone and paclitaxel yielded ORRs of 20.8% and 26.4% respectively. EIK1004 monotherapy achieved a 12.1% ORR with minimal grade 3+ hematologic toxicity, and EIK1005 produced a partial response in the first patient treated. Additional data are slated for release in 2027.
