Reddit posts Q3 revenue growth but guides below expectations for Q4

Reddit reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $895 million, up 53% year over year, with net income of $283 million and adjusted EBITDA of $402 million. Diluted EPS was $1.40, while daily active uniques rose 12% year over year to 130.3 million, including a 2% decline in U.S. daily active uniques to 50.7 million. Reddit guided fourth-quarter revenue to $1,000 million-$1,030 million and adjusted EBITDA to $480 million-$510 million, and said it will test requiring users outside the U.S. to log in during the quarter.

The fourth-quarter revenue outlook was below the $1.05 billion estimate cited by CNBC, making forward growth and search traffic the main investor concerns despite the quarterly earnings beat. Reddit said the login test is intended to address weaker Google search referrals and increase focus on logged-in users, but it could change access to the platform for users outside the U.S.
