Calumet posts Q3 2026 earnings with higher profit and accelerated debt retirement

Calumet reported third‑quarter 2026 net income of $273.3 million, or earnings of $2.91 per share. Adjusted EBITDA including tax attributes reached $347.2 million, driven by $248.1 million from Specialty Products & Solutions and $80.4 million from Montana Renewables. The company retired roughly $265 million of debt since July, and CEO Todd Borgmann said the results reflect strong market conditions and a faster‑than‑expected deleveraging pace.

The company said the debt retirements lower interest expense and free cash for its MaxSAF expansion, which could improve cash flow for shareholders (Calumet’s press release). Analysts note the earnings beat and higher EBITDA may support a stronger outlook for the stock (Investing.com’s commentary).
