aTyr Pharma (ATYR) aligned with the FDA on a Phase 3 study for efzofitimod in pulmonary sarcoidosis. The 54-week trial will enroll 372 patients, with primary and secondary endpoints focused on lung function and quality of life. The company plans to begin the trial in Q4 2026 and may seek additional financing. ATYR stock is currently at $0.36, down 4.42%.

Kyverna Therapeutics (KYTX) reported positive one-year data for miv-cel, showing durable responses and favorable safety in stiff person syndrome and generalized myasthenia gravis. The company plans to complete its BLA submission for SPS by Q4 2026 and finish Phase 3 enrollment for gMG by mid-2027. KYTX stock is up 8.63% in pre-market trading.

Novartis' Phase 3 trial for Pelacarsen showed it lowered lipoprotein(a) but failed to reduce major cardiovascular events. Acadia Pharmaceuticals (ACAD) shares dropped over 9% after reporting mixed Phase 2 results for remlifanserin, an experimental Alzheimer's psychosis treatment. The 60 mg dose showed some efficacy but missed statistical significance, while the 30 mg dose showed little benefit. The company will proceed with Phase 3 trials using only the 60 mg dose. Analysts at Baird described the update as incrementally negative, lowering the probability-of-success estimate to 45%.
